I'm in a foul mood today [freaking cramps] so hopefully this will remind me how fortunate and happy I really am [underneath my cynicism and irritation today]

-HAPPY-

DJ's brother's wife [my SIL] had a baby yesterday! Beautiful, healthy baby boy - Maxwell Fenway [he clearly is going to root for the Yankees, no? no.]. We got to video chat with them last night so even though they're in GA we got to see little Max on his actual birthday. I'll never forget that. It was really special and just plain amazing [even though I sitting on the floor clipping my nails through half the conversation.. thinking back on that... that may have been rude, aah, oops!].

-GIDDY-

there are less than two hours left in today's workday and then tomorrow is friday... which means 10 hours of work stand between me and the weekend.... aaah weeeeekeennnd. I looove the weeeekend!

-JOYFUL-

pain medication waiting for me at home. makes me extremely joyful. well, I will be joyful and loopy after I take them.

-EXCITED-

This is a tough one - I'm excited about a lot of things.. what's that you want a list? Ok here we go... I'm excited....

-that two weeks from today DJ & I will be our way to GA!

-to go to Tanglewood on Saturday Night

[working or not, it will be fun]

-to take a pain pill & pass out when I get home

[and not feel like my insides are being ravaged by a rabid squirrel]

-to maybe do some yoga when said pain pill wears off

[who are we kidding... I'm excited to sleep]

-that I lost weight this week! even if it was just a little, its a step in the right direction!

[even after my debaucherous [is that a word?] weekend of drinking and eating my weight in cheese]

-I'm excited to stay on track and lose more weight and get healthy again

[no more eating my weight in cheese]

-APPRECIATIVE-

I'm really appreciative that I have a husband that is as patient and forgiving as DJ. I'm pretty wretched, shorttempered, and just plain irratable sometimes, especially days like today. He is not only the love of my life but the most amazing and supportive friend in the world. I know I say it all the time, but it's true - he's my best friend. how can you not appreciate that? [especially when he's as cuuuuute as Danny too.... mmm I love you my Danny J]
