Greetings from the peach state! life in GA is great... I can't remember the last time I was this happy! Not that I wasn't "happy" in the 'shire - I just didn't feel like me. The Berkshires are an amazing place, but it just wasn't the right fit for me [especially at this age, and at this point in my career].... so what's the scoop on the peach state other than life is great? more on that to come soon...
for now, I will say that trip was rather uneventful [which is always a great thing] we survived the 15 hour car ride with Oliver, he was a perfect angel - other than going crazy the last hour... he slept for the majority of the drive - and decided that my weekender was just fine as a dog bed... who knew?! here are some "aww-worthy" pics of the pup from our journey...
I know... you can't help but love him. Except he's being a brat here in GA... he's used to being the center of attention/only child and my in-laws have two dogs (pomeranians) - Lexy and Teddy... Teddy clearly is a boy... Ollie and Teddy do NOT seem to "love" each other yet -- any advice on getting male dogs to get along?? I'm lost....
Alright, I'm off to relax with my hubby and take our sweet boy for a walk! I have some great news on the job-search front that I'll share tomorrow! :)

Ugh, if you figure out an answer to your male dog question please let me know. My dog Wendy gets along with ev.ry.bo.dy. My other dog is a boy and he seems to be okay with female dogs (and he's GREAT with Wendy) but he's SUCH a brat to other males :(
ReplyDelete15 hours?! I would've gone crazy at about hour 9. What a little trooper. Glad you guys made it in one piece!
