are you kidding me?

look what was in the mail waiting for me when I got home yesterday....

YUP. wedding RSVPs...

but you know what I'm glad I made/emailed out the online RSVP system because it's a good backup... who knows if we'll get all of them - there are a few that I know people mailed last week but I still haven't gotten... but I'm not going to lie - I wish I had waited... oh well, that's life.

funny, huh? anyways, I'm off to tend to my hurt husband - he hurt his back last night at crossfit doing deadlifts (after hurting his neck last week) - he's falling apart, send him healthy healing thoughts... because Boston is not going to be fun (or maybe even happen) if he can't walk....

speaking of DJ - look what was waiting for me when I get home (my reward for being an awful hanus bitch all day... sorry love)...

....isn't he the best?

You should be a bitch more often ;)

Hope he feels better soon. Exercise isn't good for you if it kills you!

When are you getting married? (I'm new so I don't think I've seen the date yet...you can approximate if you don't want to give an exact date)

We sent out our invitations in mid-June for a late August wedding. I would say at least a third of our guests/would-be guests never even sent their RSVPs back. Some were calling/emailing/texting that they couldn't come (!!!) as close as a week and a half to two weeks before the wedding, despite the fact that we asked them to RSVP just under a month before. Maddening.

Man- I'm a bitch to Matt and I end up getting more laundry. Clearly, not all hubbies are the same. :/

flowers for bitching? I need to start bitching in the spring so my garden will come in :) As it is, I have a terrible green thumb. Bitching sounds way easier ;_

I want to say that less than half of the people who came to our wedding actually RSVP'd. We kind of assumed that would happen though, so we still had plenty of seats/food for the reception. It's better to have more than to not have enough, right?

The flowers & note are so sweet! I would melt if Aaron did this for me. Hope you're having a great week!
